Christmas Scents With Yankee Candle
It’s THAT time of year again! We are heading straight in to the festive season and I am mildly panicking that I haven’t even got the sprouts on yet…
LUCKILY I have a few gift ideas up my sleeve from Yankee Candle – all is calm all is bright.
It’s my birthday this week, and I happen to think that a November birthday is the perfect month to have a birthday – because ADVENT CALENDARS. And I am not talking about the type of calendar we had as children. Not on your Nelly ! Every brand and his wife seem to release ‘grown up’ calendars – But Yankee’s is an absolute TREAT! There are three to choose from – I chose this one.
The Wreath Advent Calendar is the entry price point calendar and retails at £24.99 – Hiding inside door number 1 is a little tea light in a glass tea light holder, and every day you get a different tealight to light, in one of Yankee’s signature scents. Lovely if you fancy trying different ‘flavours’ – they are repeated so you end up with little sets of three each of each scent.
If you have followed me for a little while on IG, you’ll already know about my love of vintage glass – so for this image, I used 3 vintage sherry glasses ( from a charity shop) I think they look lovely, twinkling away – they also look pretty dotted down the centre of a beautifully laid table …ideas!
While I was taking the images for this post, one of the boys walked in and said ‘Oh wow! It smells of Christmas!’ Fragrance is so evocative isn’t it –
Here is my FAVE of the Christmas Yankee Line Up
This smells lovely – with top notes of cassis and sparkling ginger, the fragrance is surprisingly light, with a soft undertone of sandalwood and sugarplum. You can find it here
Next up Frosty Gingerbread
If you love vanilla, cinnamon and ginger bread scents, you’ll love this one ! Perfect for an afternoon of baking and cosying inside.
And here is a cool customer – Icy Blue Spruce if you love woodsy fragrances this one has your name on it – its quite fresh with top notes of spearmint and juniper – Lovely for lighting on a crisp winters’ morning.
Well – that’s my little round up – I hope you find a fragrance you adore – its a lovely tradition to build real fragrance memories – memories that are built in your sub-conscious. They are the very best type aren’t they.
Merry Christmas everyone – see you on the other side with some very exciting Yankee news!

This is part of my Paid Partnership with Yankee. So I should mark it as #AD but all opinions, words and images are my own.
